BE CAREFUL LITTLE EYES
Who are you? And, how did you get that way?
I think that I might have this process figured out.
1. The 5 senses. Your 5 senses are collectors of information that are directed to your brain.
2. The Brain. Your brain is a processor of information.
3. The Heart (figurative). Your heart is the results
of information collected and processed. There is a constant
and steady drip (sometimes a “flow”) of processed information
from the brain to your heart.
Proverbs 23:7 “For as he thinketh in his heart,
so is he …”
The heart is “who you are”. The heart is your soul.
It is the core of your being and the pulse beat of your
essence. If you have a warm heart, you are a warm person
- a person who cares. If you have a pure heart, you are
a pure person - a person with few motives. Cold heart?
Soft heart? Hard hearted? Big hearted? Heartless?
And so forth!
Think about it - Throughout your life, the information
that you collect will have a tremendous influence as to who you are and who you will become. You will have a lack of control over some of the information that you experience but, for the most part, you will be able to choose … the books you read, the people you spend time with, the shows you watch, where you go, and what you do!
Understand this process. Blend it with faith. And this is how you can change.
Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Final Thought
4. The Tongue (figurative). Your tongue is the main source of revealing exactly who you are. The information is collected through the 5 senses, processed in the brain, dripped to the heart, and proceedeth out the mouth.
Matthew 12:34 “ … for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
“Be careful little eyes what you see. Be careful little eyes what you see.
For the Father up above is looking down with love.
So, Be careful little eyes what you see.” Ditto – Little ears what you hear, little feet where you go, little hands what you do, etc.
